Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1. How long does it take to receive an order after it has been placed?

Orders normally process within 3-5 business days and ships withinbusiness days via USPS Ground Advantage, unless USPS Priority Shipping 2-3 business days or Local Pickup is selected during checkout. Please keep in mind that weekends and holidays do not count as business days.

2. Do you provide tracking information for packages?

Yes, every package will have a tracking number. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. Once your item(s) ships, you will be notified by email with your tracking number. All items are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). 

3. What if my package arrives damaged or I never receive my package?

Custom Decor By Nicole is committed to providing our customers with excellent customer satisfaction. All items are thoroughly inspected and carefully packaged prior to shipping. Your tracking number will provide a date of delivery. If it is not received by then, please contact USPS at (800) 275-8777. Custom Decor By Nicole is not responsible for any delays the shipping carrier may incur. We are also not responsible for any damaged, lost, or stolen packages. All items include an insured protection plan. 

4. Can I cancel my order?

We're very prompt at processing orders to make sure that customers receive it as soon as possible. Once an order has been placed, we're unable to cancel it. 

5.  What if an item(s) I want to order is out of stock or isn't visible on the website?

Complete the "Custom Order Form" and we will respond with a quote within 48 hours.
