Production Time:

All products are custom made to order. Orders normally process within 3 - 5 business days. We strive to process orders promptly. However, that depends on the volume of orders received. Kindly allow up to 2 weeks for processing of larger orders. After your order has been placed, you will receive an email notification. Orders are processed Monday - Friday only. If you place an order on a Saturday or Sunday, it will be processed the following week. Weekends & holidays do not count as business days.

Shipping Policy:

All items ship within 3 business days via USPS Ground Advantage after production time, unless USPS Priority Mail Shipping 2-3 business days or Local Pick Up is selected during checkout. 

Please Note shipping times may vary depending on the volume of orders received as well as weekends and holidays. Weekends & holidays do not count as business days & should be considered when calculating shipping times. Shipping confirmations are emailed immediately after production time.

International Shipping:

International orders ships via USPS. Customers have the following options to choose from during checkout: First Class Mail International & Priority Mail International.

Local Pickup: 

Local pickup is available Monday - Friday during business hours, excluding holidays.  An email notification will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

Delivery:

Custom Decor By Nicole is not responsible for unforeseen delays with USPS and nor do we provide monetary compensation for late delivery. If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact USPS at (800) 275-8777 to obtain information because all items include an insured protection plan. Due to privacy concerns Custom Decor By Nicole cannot reach out to USPS on behalf of the customer. USPS will allow you to file a claim.

Refund Policy:

Custom orders are manufactured especially for you, which is why we do not accept cancellations, exchanges, returns, or issue refunds. Please contact us if you have a problem with your order.

Sales Items:

We cannot accept returns on any sales items. All sales are final. 

​

Sales Taxes: 

Custom Decor By Nicole is required to charge sales taxes per Arkansas Sales Tax Laws.
